Paul is the visionary behind MAZE Drinks, a bold and disruptive brand-building and commercial strategy consultancy dedicated to helping emerging drinks brands break into new markets, both domestically and internationally. With a relentless passion for innovation and a knack for identifying untapped market potential, Paul has spent over 15 years in the beverage and luxury lifestyle space, building and scaling brands.

Before launching MAZE Drinks, Paul honed his marketing expertise in the advertising industry, working on high-profile campaigns for Diageo, including the globally recognized Smirnoff brand. His experience there solidified his understanding of large-scale brand strategy, consumer engagement, and impactful storytelling in the competitive drinks sector. His entrepreneurial journey began with West Coast Wines, a wine importer and distributor that championed boutique international wines in previously untapped markets, including working with rosé giant Whispering Angel during its early days.

In 2009, Paul embarked on his first vintage of his own award-winning wine brand, MAZE Wines in Napa Valley. There, he spearheaded everything from production to brand development and international sales. This hands-on experience not only sharpened his business acumen but also gave him a deep appreciation for what it takes to craft a standout brand in a crowded marketplace.

Now, with MAZE Drinks, Paul is channeling his expertise into guiding the next wave of trailblazing drinks brands, leveraging his vast network, market insight, and a fearless approach to brand building.
